At VitaDreamz, we take your health (and our own) very seriously! For that reason, we spent over a year researching and consulting with different sleep doctors and specialists to come up with just the right amount of Melatonin per chew that would make sure to do more good than harm to our bodies and its natural sleep cycles.
We have found that the most effective dose range for the average person is around 1-4 mg of Melatonin. That being said, we know that many people react differently to melatonin, so we recommend starting with the least amount of chews possible and working your way up to more as needed to avoid any grogginess the next morning.
